Rhonda M. Benjamin, ESQ.

Rhonda M. Benjamin, Esq. received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Hofstra University and a Juris doctor degree from Hofstra University Law School. Out of law school Ms. Benjamin worked with the law firm Morici & Morici in Garden City, New York,  concentrating on real estate purchases and sales, refinances, small business loans as well as personal injury cases.

Since 1993, Ms. Benjamin was a member/partner of the law firm, Michael A. Manna & Associates, P.C., located in Ridgewood, New Jersey.  During this time period Ms. Benjamin heavily concentrated on Elder Law Planning, Estate Planning, Asset Preservation, Living Trusts, Medicare, Medicaid, Guardianships, Real Estate and Divorce.

Ms. Benjamin has recently opened her own law firm in April of 2013, the Law Offices of Rhonda M. Benjamin, P.C. and she is continuing to concentrate her practice on Elder Law Planning, Estate Planning, Asset Preservation, Living Trusts, Medicare, Medicaid, Guardianships and Real Estate. Ms. Benjamin is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York and has office locations in both states.

Ms. Benjamin speaks weekly to senior centers, senior facilities and senior groups in Northern and Central New Jersey as well as in New York to give seniors the knowledge that they so desperately need about topics affecting them and their care. Ms. Benjamin speaks on topics such as Preserving Assets, Estate Planning, Financial Elder Abuse, Senior Scams, Medicare and Medicaid.

Ms. Benjamin was a Trustee on the St. Joseph’s Wayne Hospital Foundation board and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association.
